Centering A Manufacturing Process. A DataPage/RTTMTM target chart is simply a bullseye that can be used in one of two ways: for WINDOWS 1. Show where the center of a particular hole cut in a number of parts fell in relation to the nominal. 2. Show where the center of multiple holes drilled in a single part fell in relation to their individual nominals. With this information a set-up technician can quickly adjust manufacturing equipment so that holes produced on multi-spindle stations or transfer presses are all dead center. |
