Endeavor 3 and Endeavor 3 Plus models combine breakthrough design, proven construction and control technology, and today’s most advanced measurement software to provide accuracy, high throughput and rugged reliability in an extremely cost effective measurement and inspection package. And you can select the measuring and data collection mode that’s best for your application, choosing from the latest point-to-point, contact scanning, non-contact scanning and optical imaging technologies.

Endeavor 3 comes configured for extended temperature performance between 16 – 26°C, making it flexible enough for many shop floor environments.
Endeavor 3 base models offer high performance and CAD capability at an extremely cost-effective price. It’s perfect as a first CMM, or in multiple machine operations requiring high-accuracy point-to-point, touch-trigger dimensional measurement. Models offering measuring envelopes from 500mmx 500mm x 500mm to 900mm x 2000mm x 800mm.
Endeavor 3 Plus models give youthe accuracy you need for high-tolerance parts, and the versatility of tactile scanning, non-contact scanning and optical imaging capability. Models range in size from 500mm x 500mmx 500mm to 1200mm x 3000mm x 1000mm measuring envelopes.

Design features
- The patented Tricision bridge, with wider bearing separation, a lower center of gravity and lighter weight than a conventional bridge, has a better rigidity-to-mass ratio for higher accuracy, speed and reliability.
- Heidenhain high resolution scales and readheads feature METALLUR® gold-on-steel construction.
- The X axis beam and Z axis ram are constructed of micro-machined aluminum alloy for a higher strength-to-weight ratio.
- One-piece granite worktable provides a solid, stable work surface.
- Aluminum orifice air bearings offer unsurpassed reliability and optimum stiffness.
