Starrett CMM Support has Shifted to Sheffield

In2005 the Sheffield Measurement division of Hexagon Metrology, acquired the assets of the Starrett CMM business.  Only the CMM product line was affected; no other Starrett businesses were involved.

The acquisition of the Starrett CMM division provides Starrett CMM owners with ongoing service and support, along with a software upgrade path.

The Sheffield Measurement division is the sole worldwide source of OEM factory support, service and parts for the Starrett line of CMMs, including:

• Starrett Aurora model CMMs
• Starrett Vanguard model CMMs
• Starrett Premis model CMMs
• Starrett Rapid Check and Rapid Check II models

Service and Support for the Starrett line of CMMs will include, but is not limited to:

• Calibrations
• Repairs
• Spare Parts
• Preventative Maintenance
